Cómo funcionará PhotoSwipe
El flujo que estamos construyendo.
Most people don’t need a new hobby. They need a short path from “Storage Almost Full” to a few free gigabytes without deleting the wrong vacation photo. Here’s the flow we’re building for PhotoSwipe (iPhone photo cleaner, waitlist stage).
Before you install anything
Check Settings → General → iPhone Storage and note free space. Open Photos → Albums → Media Types and skim Screenshots and Videos. If Videos is huge, one focused session there beats deleting random stills. Use Apple’s Duplicates album when it appears. Those steps cost nothing and often free real space.
- 01
- 03
Desliza y libera espacio
Guarda o borra de un gesto. Revisa, confirma y mira cómo vuelve el almacenamiento.
After you swipe
Confirmed deletes go to iOS Recently Deleted for a limited recovery window. Free space on the device usually moves only after you empty that album (or wait for the window to expire). If storage still looks full, force-quit Photos, reboot, or recheck iPhone Storage after a minute. iCloud Photos can also make “deleted” items look present until sync settles.
Practical tips for any cleanup tool
Start dense, not chronological
Screenshots, bursts, and near-duplicates free more space per minute than scrolling All Photos from day one.
Protect keepers first
Favorite or album the shots you refuse to lose before a fast swipe session. Speed is safer with a safety net.
Confirm, then empty Recently Deleted
Until you empty Recently Deleted, the system often still counts those files toward storage.
